Puff Pastry Brie Bites with Salted Rosemary Honey

  • 1 sheet defrosted puff pastry, cut into 12 squares

  • 4 oz french brie, sliced

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • 1/2 tsp chili flake

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • Pinch of sea salt

Variation: Serve with your favorite warm fruit jam or chutney and top with candied nuts!
  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Place a slice of brie on top of each piece of puff pastry & wrap dough to cover

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

  4. Heat honey up with rosemary & chili, season with sea salt to taste

  5. Garnish brie bites while warm & enjoy!
