Simple One-Ingredient Crispy Cheese Taco Shells

Updated: May 7, 2022

What you’ll need:

- your favorite cheese blend

- silicone/nonstick baking sheet

- wooden spoon

Directions:

1. Spoon 2 tablespoons of cheese onto your baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until beginning to crisp

2. While hot, release from the baking tray with a spatula and wrap around a spoon, sealing the edges to create a shell. Tip: If you use a spoon with a square handle you are able to make tortillas that stand up on the plate and are much easier for filling/perfect for a homemade taco bar setup!

3. Reserve on a plate until slightly cooled (they become crunchier!) and enjoy!
