My Favorite Way To Cook Cabbage

Sea salt. Quality olive oil. Freshly crushed garlic. A touch of honey. And lastly, a piping hot oven.

Set your timer for 20-25 minutes and wait in patience for the most magical yet simple vegetables-- How can you go wrong with a combination like that?

The light, natural sweetness of the honey perfectly compliments the natural sugars I’m the cabbage which caramelize perfectly in the roasting heat of the oven. The sea salt counters the slight sweetness along with fresh garlic, which aroma brings a signature succulence. Olive oil, of course, is my inner Italian girl's desires-- However feel free to substitute with your favorite! (I personally love incorporating high quality Amish butter into my veggie dishes as well!)
