Morning Juice

Being a classically trained chef and food blogger myself, many people are intrigued to find out if there's any foods I absolutely won't eat. With that being the case there's really only one: EGGS. This obviously can make it pretty difficult for me to eat in the mornings considering that practically all breakfast recipes are centered around them! Growing up not being an egg girl, I had to learn how to get creative when it came to how to start my mornings! Of course I could reach for a bowl of cereal, but who wants to start their day with empty carbs and calories? Smoothies, yogurt parfaits, and fresh juices are my TOP THREE favorite ways to get my nutrients in the morning, and I'm sure you're going to love this recipe too!
